David Burt Property Lettings Ltd are a husband and wife team, David and Serena Burt. Together we have worked in the lettings industry for over 15 years, developing an eye for detail towards quality and compliance. We are experienced in refurbishment, development and letting properties with emphasis on multi-let, single let and student accommodation.
Based in Brighton, we look after landlords and their properties within a 20 mile radius offering let only, full management and legislation advice with the added advantage of being VAT exempt on all fees. We also do not add any additional charge to contractors’ bills for property repairs. Please see our fee schedule here
